Refund policy

Return Policy: Due to the branded merchandise process and customization, returns will not be accepted unless products are damaged or logo decoration does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. Club Colors requests that all return requests are discussed with a Brand Advisor for the best resolution.

 

Refund Policy: Club Colors prides itself on the highest quality decoration standards. Embroidered and promo items are reviewed during several quality control steps before shipment. In the unlikely event that your logo decoration does not meet the highest quality standards, please speak with your Brand Advisor for proper resolution. No refunds will be provided without proof, and the original product is returned in full or beyond 45 days of receiving the shipment.
